About Runlanding Floor Coating and How Referrals Work
What Runlanding Floor Coating Is
Runlanding Floor Coating is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Conyers and the Conyers area with independent providers who coat concrete floors. That is the whole job. We point, and the provider does the work.
Why This Site Exists
Busy households do not have hours to compare contractors. Garage floors matter, but so do school runs, work and dinner. This site gives you plain guidance and a short path to a provider so the project does not eat your week.
How Matching Works
You describe your floor. Maybe it is a stained garage slab, a cracked basement floor, or a plan for custom floor finishes like flakes or a solid color. We pass the details to a provider in our network that serves your area. The provider then contacts you to talk through the job.
Some providers also handle related flooring, such as hardwood flooring installation. Ask what a given provider offers.
What We Ask of Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to be clear about prep, give written quotes, explain cure times, and answer homeowner questions plainly. Ask before you sign, and confirm licensing and insurance directly with the provider.
What Runlanding Floor Coating Does Not Do
- We do not grind, patch, coat or install anything.
- We do not set prices or write your quote.
- We do not promise a start date. Availability depends on the provider.
- We do not decide for you. You choose whether to hire.
How Runlanding Floor Coating Makes Money
Providers in our network may pay for homeowner referrals. You pay Runlanding Floor Coating nothing to ask for a connection. Your quote comes from the provider and covers only the provider's work.
Prep It, Then Pass It
You can do some prep yourself, like clearing the garage, sweeping and scraping loose debris. Leave grinding and moisture testing to the provider. A solid concrete coating depends on that step.
